These terms explain personal account access, subscriptions and payments at englishhub.fun. Read them before registering or paying. By using an account or purchasing access, you agree to these terms, subject to applicable law.
Service and access
English Hub provides English vocabulary practice with Bangla meanings. Public pages, including the homepage, public lessons and leaderboard, can be viewed without a subscription. Dashboard, flashcards, quizzes, learning lists, progress and certificate tools require an eligible active member account.
Learning tools support practice; results depend on your effort. English Hub certificates record platform achievements and are not a promise of an accredited qualification, exam result or fluency.
Accounts and trial
Provide accurate registration details and keep your password and verification links private. Email verification is required. The free trial activates when the email is verified and runs for seven clear calendar days: the activation day is excluded and access ends at the end of the seventh following day. No payment details are needed for the trial.
The trial is intended to let a new learner evaluate the service. Do not create repeated accounts to bypass trial limits. Learners under 18 need parent or guardian permission, and a parent or guardian should make subscription payments.
Plans and payments
Current plans are BDT 249 for one month and BDT 1,199 for one year. Confirm the current price and payment instructions before sending money.
Paid plans use bKash Send Money to the recipient specified in the registration email: Mohammad Shahadat Hossain, Personal account 01777819101. Use your registered email or mobile number in the payment reference. Keep your transaction receipt. Never share a bKash PIN or one-time password.
Email verification alone does not activate a paid subscription. An administrator verifies the payment and activates access. The initial paid subscription period starts at activation, and an approval email confirms access. Contact support if payment and access do not match; there is no verified instant-activation guarantee.
Renewal, expiry and stopping
Renewals are manual. English Hub does not automatically charge a payment account or automatically convert the free trial to a paid plan. Contact the team, confirm the plan and payment instructions, and request renewal approval.
An approved renewal adds one month or one year from the later of the existing expiry date and the renewal approval time. Remaining time is therefore carried forward when renewed early.
When the trial or paid period expires, member login and learning activity are blocked until renewed. Expiry itself does not erase recorded learning progress. You can stop future payments by choosing not to renew. Stopping use or deleting an account does not by itself establish refund eligibility.
One device at a time
Accounts are for personal use and are bound to an authorised browser/device. Log out before switching devices. Using another browser or device while the existing binding is active can lock the account and end its sessions.
The plugin currently allows a new device to replace the binding after the previous device has been inactive for more than 24 hours. A lock triggers an email with an unlock link; support can also help. Clearing browser storage or changing browsers may affect device recognition. Unlocking does not extend an expired subscription.
Refunds and payment problems
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated. Please use the free trial to assess the service before paying. Change of mind, limited use, forgotten renewal dates or a decision to stop learning do not normally qualify for a refund. We do not normally offer partial refunds for unused subscription time.
Duplicate payments, a payment that cannot be matched or activated, and a material failure to provide paid access will be reviewed individually. Contact info@englishhub.fun promptly with your registered email, transaction reference, payment date and details of the issue. Do not send passwords or payment security codes. The team will confirm any approved refund or access correction and its expected timing. Refunds are handled manually using the original payment route where practicable. This policy does not exclude any refund or consumer rights required by applicable law.
Responsible use and availability
Do not share or sell account access, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service or distribute member content without permission. Security restrictions can temporarily prevent access; contact support if a restriction appears incorrect.
The website depends on hosting, internet connectivity and third-party services. Maintenance and technical problems may interrupt access. Learning features and content may be updated. Report extended interruptions so we can assess a correction, access extension or other appropriate remedy. Material subscription changes will be communicated before they affect an existing paid subscription.

English Hub is operated by Syntax IT in Bangladesh. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact us first about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Future price changes apply to new purchases or renewals after notice; an existing paid period retains its agreed access duration.
